These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the My Digital Business Launch website and the free webinar it offers, hosted by Gladys Osagie. By using the site or registering for the webinar you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site offers a free online webinar that introduces a business opportunity so you can understand it and decide for yourself. It is educational and informational. Watching it is free and creates no obligation to join, buy or do anything else.

Nothing on this site or in the webinar is a promise or guarantee of income, profit, employment, business success or any other financial result. Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including your own effort, skills, circumstances and decisions. Any example or opinion is illustrative only.

The content is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should take independent professional advice where appropriate before committing time or money.

• Your webinar link is personal to you. Please do not share it, and do not try to copy, redistribute or bypass access to the webinar video.
• Links may expire (currently after 30 days) and can be reissued on request. We may suspend or withdraw access where the site is misused.

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or automated means to register, probe, scrape or overload the site;
• submit false or someone else’s details without permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other people’s links or our systems;
• interfere with the site’s security, tracking or normal operation; or
• use the site or its content unlawfully or to harm others.

After the webinar you may see options such as Join Now, Buy Now and Contact me on WhatsApp. These take you to services we do not control — the relevant company’s website, a seller’s checkout, or WhatsApp. We record that you clicked, but we are not a party to what happens there.

Any purchase, sign-up or membership is a contract between you and the relevant seller or provider. We do not process payments on this site. That seller’s own terms, prices, delivery, cancellation and refund policies apply, and you should read them before you commit. We do not offer or guarantee any refund on a third party’s products or services.

The site, the webinar, and their text, video, images and branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may watch the webinar for your own personal use. You may not copy, record, republish or sell it without our written permission.

We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, replace (for example, publish a new version of the webinar), suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

The site and webinar are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the content for your circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of income, profit, business or opportunity arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or webinar, or from any third-party product or service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
